The North Madison County Public Library System Board of Trustees meets on the second Monday of every month at 4:30 pm in the meeting room of the Elwood Public Library at 1600 Main Street, Elwood, IN. The board may also schedule special meetings at other times when needed and will post notice according to the open door law.  One meeting a year is held at the Frankton branch and the Summitville branch.
