Weekly Programs

  Little Readers

Children ages 0-6 are invited to join us for a fun story and a craft or coloring activity. This program is weekly on each Tuesday from 2:00 - 2:30. Registration is required.

Overbooked: An Adult Book Club

Adults age 18 and over are invited to join us at the Frankton Library for open book discussions. This group meets weekly on Wednesdays at 9:30 to discuss two monthly selections.

Twice a Month Programs

Writer's Group

This group for adults meets every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month from 9:30am - 10:30am. A relaxed and supportive space for new or experienced writers. No sign-up required, just show up!

Frankton Senior Social

Socialize, play games, explore your creativity, learn something new or just take a break from the hustle and bustle of the holidays at the Frankton Community Library every 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.

Kids are invitied to join us every 3rd Thursday of the month from 5:30pm to 6:30pm to learn a simple treat in no time!

Adult Craft Night

Please sign up and join us for Adult Craft Night at the Frankton Library on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 5:30 - 7:00. p.m.

This program is primarily for adults 18 and over. All supplies are provided to registered patrons.

Euchre Night

Join us every 3rd Tuesday of each month from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. to endulge in a fun, competivite, and witty game of Euchre here at the library! Don't know how to play or its been awhile? No problem! Our experienced staff and patrons would love to teach and include more players!

Stephen Jackson Presents

Stephen Jackson will be coming to the Frankton Library on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00pm to discuss the history of Madison County. Refreshments provided!

Sowing Our Seeds

This program is offered to the patrons of Frankton Community Library in the spring, summer, and fall seasons. We have an assortment of seeds such as flowers, herbs, vegetables, and more depending upon the season. However, you can only obtain the seeds by meeting certain requirements...

Requirements include: 

1. Must have an active Frankton Library Card

2.  Be 16 or older 

3. Limit of 15 seed packets PER household

Book Sales

Our book sales happen twice a year in the month of April and month of September during Frankton Heritage Days!

Everything if 50 cents, so bring your money jar! Dates of our sales will be posted closer to the month of sale.
